  Optimal strategy suggests a balanced approach, leaning slightly towards getting multiple tokens out early. While moving one token far ahead might seem appealing, it leaves you vulnerable. A single token far from home, if killed, sets you back significantly. Having two or three tokens on the board provides flexibility. If one token is in a precarious position, you might have another option to move with your dice roll, or you can use a six to bring out a new token, creating more presence. Spreading your tokens across different parts of the board also increases your chances of landing on an opponent's token or creating roadblocks. However, avoid bringing out all four tokens too quickly if it means they are all clustered together and vulnerable to a single aggressive opponent.
