    First of all I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Many thanks!

    May I simply just say what a comfort to find a person that genuinely knows what they are discussing on the web. You certainly know how to bring an issue to light and make it important.
