  First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.   With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright infringement? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I've either authored myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorization.
