Mrs.Oyeronke Adebayo is an experienced client management specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. She is skilled in Negotiation, Marketing Management, Event Management, Market Research and Management. She is a strong sales professional with over ten (10) years of experience in brand management & the presentation of Insurance products

She is currently a deputy manager in Non- Life Retail Division of Aiico Insurance plc with over 5 years wealth experience effectively manage relationships with the agency field force in improving their knowledge of Aiico products by displaying good knowledge of the brand and its related products.

She started her marketing career with Seven-Up Bottling Plc, Oregun Ikeja Lagos as a sales executive and moved to Global fleet oil& Gas Ltd as a Business Development Officer between 2006-2008. Prior to joining AIICO in 2008.

Mrs. Adebayo is a Master’s degree holder in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology ((LAUTECH). She is also an Alumnus of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree where she obtained a Higher National Diploma in Marketing option.

She is a certified full member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (MNIMN) with over 3 years of professional qualification. She is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) with Over 10 years post professional qualification and a certificate holder of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) Certificate in Insurance.

Beyond Insurance, Mrs. Adebayo is also a tourist specialist she attended both local and international courses. She is a certified South Africa Specialist and UAEmirate, Dubai PRO Specialist.

She possesses good interpersonal relationship skills, quality leadership skills, expert trainer in non-life insurance products and always opened to new challenges.
