Joshua Ekperusi is a dedicated and innovative professional with in-depth knowledge supervising the development of benefits information and of critical medical/financial underwriting in insurance carriers. Joshua is an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN). A graduate of Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic, Nigeria.

Before joining AIICO Insurance Plc., he was the personal assistant to the Managing Director/CEO of African Alliance Insurance Plc, where he also worked as an executive officer to the Human Resource/Admin, in charge of stocktaking. He also has adept knowledge in individual life assurance underwriting as well as institutional (group) life underwriting, group life reinsurance/claims, group savings, annuity and pension/administration of deposit schemes valuation.

In addition, he has attended several courses and training in Life / medical underwriting, commercial risk underwriting, reinsurance/claims and financial management, etc.

Mr. Ekperusi is an elite communicator, focused on building relationships and synergy across business lines to drive positive change.
